* LOS GRUPOS TENDRÁN LA OPORTUNIDAD DE SUMAR MAYOR CANTIDAD DE PARTICIPANTES Y LOS TORNEOS SERÁN MÁS EQUILIBRADOS EN CADA CATEGORÍA
* Las inscripciones seguirán abiertas hasta el 31 de Octubre y se extenderán hasta el 13 de Noviembre para cerrar grupos incompletos. Se tomará en cuenta el Rating 2020-4
